Keith Bridge Event Venue
We are challenging the proposed event venue (CP250038) because it seeks to operate high-intensity commercial activities—including an outdoor amphitheater and a helipad—while remaining within an Agricultural District (AI). This project’s noise profile and industrial scale directly contradict the Foster Forsyth Comprehensive Plan and the county’s commitment to protecting the rural character and zoning integrity of northeastern Forsyth.

Keith Bridge Asphalt Plant
Strong opposition to the petroleum-based Asphalt Plant (CP250009) planned for Keith Bridge Road. This industrial operation will operate production 24-7 and will discharge serious noise and environmental pollution, as well as be a safety hazard with industrial commercial haulers traversing Hwy 306 to major arteries on Hwy 53 and Hwy 369. This violates the node plans associated with this rural and residential area.

Browns Bridge Home Depot
This request is to rezone 23.1 acres from Agricultural (A1) to Commercial Business District (CBD) to construct a 136,000 sq.ft. retail center and a 28,000 sq. ft. garden center. We are monitoring the project's impact on traffic congestion and its 'big box' footprint within a rural-transitional corridor. We must ensure the infrastructure is considered for this project.
Our advocacy remains focused on ensuring that every new development aligns with the Forsyth County Comprehensive Plan, which establishes the long-term vision for our county's land use, infrastructure, and community character.
